Shipping
Shipping is included on all orders. We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Delivery takes 2-3 business days after your order leaves our studio, though customs or remote locations may add extra time. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and your order will arrive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional fees on arrival. As we are based in Hong Kong, prices shown outside Hong Kong may be higher to reflect international handling and delivery costs.

For each stone weighing 1ct and above, a certificate from IGI will be provided, with a minimum of F+ color, VS1+ clarity, and excellent cut on the certificate. Our selection process includes careful examination of numerous stone certificates against our own strict standards, even beyond the 4Cs.
Please note, the carat weight of your stone will be within 0.1ct of your selected specification.
