It all began in 1970s Indonesia with my grandmother, newly widowed and left to raise four children on her own. Turning survival into opportunity, she took a bold risk, traveling across Southeast Asia to procure gemstones and resell them back home. As the endeavor grew, her eldest son—my father—left school at just 11 to support her pursuit. Together, they built a small trade into an enduring fine jewelry wholesale enterprise.

Nearly 30 years ago, tinxx began as a dream to bring fine jewelry directly to consumers. But as life took its turn, that initiative was set aside, with tinxx quietly waiting for its time to shine.

That time is now.

tinxx is a tribute to the woman who started it all, the tenacity of my late father, and the dedication of those who carry it forward today. Every piece is made with the same passion of those who come before, honoring not just where we come from, but the future we are shaping. Powered by decades of industry expertise, tinxx reflects a modern vision of jewelry, where tradition and innovation coexist.
