Production
Please allow the full 30-40 business days for production. If you need your piece sooner, contact us and we’ll let you know if a rush request can be arranged.
Shipping
Shipping is included on all orders. We ship worldwide with DHL Express and locally with SF Express. Delivery takes 2-4 business days after your order leaves our studio, though customs or remote locations may add extra time. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.
Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout, and your order will arrive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there are no additional fees on arrival.

After your order is complete, you will receive the final specifications of your piece, including the total weight and total diamond carat weight, where applicable.
For lab grown diamonds, individual stones weighing 1ct and above include an IGI certificate.
For natural diamonds, individual stones weighing 0.5ct and above include a GIA certificate.
